Dr John Brudenell, Founding Member & Joint CEO is Director Research & Innovation and Business Consulting. John specialises in IT strategic planning, information architecture, information and data modelling, systems development methodology and enterprise data warehousing. John is the founding president of the Data Administration Management Association (DAMA) in Melbourne and has more than 35 years of experience in Information Technology (IT). John earned tertiary qualifications in computing, economics & accountancy and has completed his Doctorate of Philosophy in Enterprise Data Warehousing. He is also a Fellow of the Society of Certified Practising Accountants (FCPA) and is a member of the Australian Computer Society (MACS). He has presented papers to the Australian Computer Society and international symposia on Data Management, Information Architecture, Business Intelligence and Enterprise Data Warehousing. John presented a Customer Service Guarantee (CSG) case study to the European Conference on Information Systems (ECIS) in Vienna, Austria and also presented to the Information Resource Management Association (IRMA) in New Orleans, USA.

Margaret Dine, Director Finance & Client Operations, is the Joint Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Margaret specialises in programme management, enterprise architecture, data modelling, systems development methodology and enterprise data warehousing. Margaret has more than 20 years of experience in Information Technology (IT). She has managed and worked on many large and complex IT projects in the commercial environment over the years. Her strength lies in aligning the Business Architecture to the IT Architecture and subsequently translating these into successful delivery using enterprise modelling-based strategic roadmaps. Margaret earned tertiary qualifications in Computing, Mathematics and Languages. She is also a member of the Australian Computer Society (MACS).
Desiree is the Operations Manager with UTelco Systems who has extensive experience in Resource Management, Project Management and Account Management. Desiree brings to UTelco experience working in Retail, Development and Housing industries in Account Management, Resource Management and business operations management roles. During her time at UTelco, Desiree has improved our business significantly by using our quality assurance and has revolutionised UTelco by constantly advancing our business efficiency.
Michael is the Marketing Manager with UTelco Systems and has extensive experience in the Marketing field with specialist knowledge of product development, promotion and advertising. Michael has designed and implemented business marketing strategies for an iconic Australian clothing label taking the company from strength to strength during his tenure. As the UTelco Marketing Manager, he has been responsible for setting the new marketing direction of UTelco Systems, driving the marketing department to rejuvenate our product offerings and professional services in the marketplace; taking us into the future.
Tasoula leads UTelco’s Strategic Business Consultancy division and brings 20 years experience. Tasoula has worked within the telecommunications, banking, finance, utilities, insurance and retail industries, both in Australia and internationally. Working as a compliance analyst, account manager, business analyst, data modeller, systems analyst and strategic business consultant, Tasoula’s ability to translate business needs into strategic solutions is a key strength.
Stuart heads up UTelco’s Enterprise Architecture division. With nearly 30 years experience in the IT Industry, Stuart brings experience as a Project Manager, Data Architect, Business Analyst, Solution Architect and Data Warehouse Consultant. He has worked with Australian and International companies including several years experience working throughout South East Asia, where he was an advisor for major data warehouse deliveries. Stuart’s experience is varied across multiple industries, including telecommunications, banking, media, insurance and logistics. His knowledge within such a varied range of industries allows him to adapt quickly to all clients and partners to negotiate innovative and successful outcomes for all.
